Hotel is good and comfortable. This Hotel is my first choice whenver I visit Amman. Few points may be noted as mentioned below: Found no variations in food servered especially breakfast. Should add some more veriety. My biggest issue was Internet access. These days, it is offered as part of the room service around the world. New tarrif and access policy implemented for Internet access in Amman is definitely not a good idea. People are friendly and helpful.

We have been visitors to this hotel since 1991 and have always received the warmest welcome. It says something about the hotel when the same staff are still in place over all these years. On this visit we arrived quite early but were able to check in and rest. We were given a spacious room and a quiet location as requested. We ordered room service late at night and the food quality could have been better, but breakfast was excellent. If you are looking for a hotel which is clean, comfortable, value for money and has great staff this is one of the best in Jordan. We will keep coming back.
